Order Fulfilment & Payment

Track your order-

When your order is successful then you will receive an order number in your confirmation e-mail and the same will be sent via an SMS to your registered mobile number. Once the order will be dispatched from our showroom, a shipping confirmation mail and SMS will be sent to you, which will receive a track id number. You use this number for tracking your order.

Delivery & Installation-

Within 10 days of the receipt of the Full Payment, your furniture will be dispatched from our factory to your site. The site has to be “ready” for us to commence installation However, in case of complete home furnishing orders; it may take a few more days depending on the extent of work required. Check your product thoroughly

When your decor has been delivered to your doorstep, please check all these details carefully:

Once the product has been delivered to you, and after your inspections, our delivery team has left your premises; we won’t be liable to any damage that occurs due to mishandling or rough usage. As well any damage on inspection if found due to rigid use or mishandling will overpass the criteria of refund/replacement or compensations.

Cancellation-

In case you are not satisfied with our services availed by you, you can cancel your order with us and buy any readymade product listed in our website against the Advance paid by you. We will not refund or exchange advance money under any circumstances. We will not accept any cancellation at any stage of the order, your full home interior design & furnishing order is customized as per your request.

Return & Exchange-

In the unlikely event if any manufacturing defects are found, please call our customer support executive or mail us with the screenshot or pictures of the defects within 2 business days of delivery.
